The Coaching Sessions:
This program includes 6 one-hour Coaching session (one session per week) plus a introduction and completion session which all take place via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. You’ll receive a workbook and a recap summary of every session, plus unlimited support email support.
Post-Program Support Mindset Maintenance Refresher Sessions:
As part of the service, a 40 minute check-in session is included in the Program and takes place approx. 4-weeks after the completion session.
Clients also have exclusive access to 45 minute 'Refresher sessions’ for a special VIP price of $110.00 inc GST
